At Triumph Magazine we treat your contributions with utmost respect and privacy. We take the time to go through every contribution paying attention to theme, creativity and flow
Triumph Magazine was set up to support and showcase the work of writers and artists living with disabilities. Submissions are in English and anyone can submit their work regardless of background and identity.
Eligibility: published vs unpublished
All submissions to the online magazine must not have been previously published. By ‘published’ we mean work published in print or online, in any country that has been selected or commissioned via any editorial process.
Eligibility: simultaneous submissions
We do accept simultaneous submissions but if your work has been accepted elsewhere for publication please inform us to withdraw it from considerations. If we accept your work for publication you will have to withdraw your submissions to other platforms and publishers for their consideration.
Theme
Our theme title for this issue is Conquering. Submissions can be done at info@triumphpress.co.uk. Kindly indicate the genre and title in the subject line. We accept submissions in the following categories;
Short Stories
Fiction and nonfiction
Poetry
Artwork
Photography
Craft

The submission process
We are only taking online submissions. You will receive an automated email acknowledgement that your submission has been received. Calls and deadline for submissions are communicated here
Entries are read anonymously, so please do not put your name or contact details anywhere on the text pages of your entry. (This information should be restricted to your online Entry Form.)
The file types we accept for prose are: .doc, .docx, and .pdf. For photography and artwork we do accept image files, .jpg and .png. All images submitted should be of print-quality (300dpi or above).
The judging process
Submissions are assessed by authors, literary agents and editors. All digital submissions are deleted at the end of the assessment period to uphold our commitment to your privacy.
Notifying you
If you have submitted to one of our magazine submission categories we will inform you of the outcome of your entry around four-to-six weeks after the deadline for the issue to which you submitted. If you do not hear from us within eight weeks, unfortunately your work was not been selected on that occasion.
We regret we are unable to provide individual and specific feedback on your submitted work.
Payment
At the moment we are not offering financial compensation but when selected your work will be handled by professional editors and writers.
Republishing work after it appears in Triumph Magazine
If your work is published in Triumph Magazine, we are happy for you to reprint it on your own website or social media, or submit it for possible publication elsewhere, provided this occurs after the original date of publication in Triumph Magazine, and provided Triumph Magazine is credited as follows: ‘This piece was originally published in Triumph Magazine, the magazine for women who write, Triumph Magazine.co.uk’.
